As a key sponsor of The Championships, American Express needed to amplify their presence at Wimbledon with a luxury brand activation.
The goal: to create two elevated hospitality environments where guests could relax, connect, and engage meaningfully with the brand. These spaces had to reflect the prestige of both Wimbledon and American Express, while standing up to repeated use over three years.

What we delivered
A future-proof, adaptable space
We delivered two fully branded hospitality suites using high-spec materials and finishes that combined aesthetic excellence with durability. Every detail, from custom joinery to spatial flow, was considered to create an environment that felt exclusive and on-brand.
An integrated guest journey
The guest experience was central to every design decision. We created open, flexible layouts with considered zoning that encouraged informal networking and brand engagement. Discreet technology integrations allowed for live score updates without disrupting the luxury setting, keeping guests connected to the action.
Branded bar & service points
We custom-built high-functioning bar areas that were operationally efficient for staff and immersive for guests. Integrated media screens and branded digital touchpoints supported real-time engagement with the event and the brand, enhancing dwell time and visitor satisfaction.
THE EXPERIENCE
The space offered more than hospitality and was transformed into a brand-driven environment.
Guests stepped inside and were surrounded by an atmosphere of exclusivity and purpose. Every surface and interaction reinforced American Express’ status as a forward-thinking brand rooted in tradition but focused on experience.
